The Scout is one of the four scouts from The General's Shadow miniquest. The ring of visibility must be worn to see him (unless Sliske has granted you the ability to see into the Shadow Realm), the ghostspeak amulet worn to talk to him (or a cramulet with the ghostspeak amulet inside), and the full set of Ghostly robe outfit worn for him to recognise you as a messenger for General Khazard.

He can be found just south of the Shantay Pass.
