An extreme attack potion is a combat potion which can be made at level 88 Herblore. When a player drinks the potion, they will get an Attack boost of 3 + 15% of their level, rounded down, for a maximum boost of 17 at level 94 Attack. It is made from a 3-dose super attack potion and a clean avantoe.

Flask[edit | edit source]
This potion can be made into an Extreme attack flask by using at least six doses of it with a potion flask. Since all untradeable potions must be made by the player, the flasks actually have the same level requirement as the potion itself. However, if the player boosted their Herblore level to attain the ability to create the potion, no subsequent boosts will be necessary to transfer the potion from vials to flask.
Production costs[edit | edit source]
The data in this table is based on the Grand Exchange prices of the potion's ingredients. It is accurate assuming all tradeable ingredients are bought off the Grand Exchange.
Use[edit | edit source]
It is highly recommended to test your melee accuracy without boosts (or with cheaper boosts like a Super Attack) on the monster you want to use this potion with. It is common for your melee accuracy to be at or near 100% with lesser boosts (especially on a Slayer assignment with the Black Mask boost).
