Weapon poison+ detail.png

Weapon poison+ is made by mixing a cactus spine and red spiders' eggs in a vial of coconut milk, giving 165 Herblore experience. It requires level 73 Herblore to make and is the median variant of weapon poison.

Applying weapon poison+ will give you a 15% chance per hit to poison your opponent(s) in combat. The poison effect appears as a buff and lasts for 5 minutes, dealing between 9-30% of your ability damage per hit. This deals poison damage on the first application and renews the poison duration. Poison will hit every 10 seconds and wear off after 3 minutes.

When paired with cinderbane gloves, weapon poison+ will have its base poison damage increased from 100 to 150 and the poison will process more often than using either of them separately.[1]

This potion can be made into an weapon poison+ flask by using at least six doses of it with a potion flask. Players do not need a specific level to turn potions into flasks.
