An extreme ranging potion is a combat potion which can be made at level 92 Herblore. When a player drinks the potion, they will get a Ranged boost of 3 + 15% of their level, rounded down, for a maximum boost of 17 at level 94 Ranged. It is made from a 3-dose super ranging potion and 5 grenwall spikes. As with all extreme potions, the Assist System cannot be used to create the potion at a lower level.
This is by far the fastest experience for any extreme potion, due to the stackable grenwall spikes, which allows banking out 27 ranging potions at one time. Extreme magic potions also use a stackable secondary ingredient (ground mud runes), but they must be ground by the player, and only give 250 Herblore experience.
This potion can be made into an extreme ranging flask by using at least six doses of it with a potion flask. Players do not need a specific level to turn potions into flasks, but since all untradeable potions must be made by the player, the flasks actually have the same level requirement as the potion itself.
Creating an extreme ranging potion from scratch, including making the super ranging potion, then drinking a dose is required to complete the elite Seers' Village achievement Plenty - potion - entiary.

The data in this table is based on the Grand Exchange prices of the potion's ingredients. It is accurate assuming all tradeable ingredients are bought off the Grand Exchange.
* However, the untradeable potion can still be used.
