An antisanguine is a potion made via the Herblore skill. When drunk, this potion protects the player from sanguine attacks for several minutes. Members can make one with three doses by using clean marrentill on a vial of water and then adding Sanguine matter. This requires level 15 Herblore and completion of the quest Hearts of Sanguine. It grants 55 Herblore experience when made.

This potion can be made into an antisanguine flask by using at least six doses of it with a potion flask. Players do not need a specific level to turn potions into flasks.

This potion reduces the special attack of the sanguine crawler from 1114 to 891 for its duration.
