Super cooking potions are made by mixing cooking potion (3) and zygomite fruit, requiring level 79 Herblore and grants 177.5 Herblore experience. It boosts Cooking by 5 levels. Boost is diminished by 1 point per minute.

Super cooking potions can be upgraded into extreme cooking potions by adding primal extract and beak snot, requiring level 104 Herblore.
