The pathfinder cape is a low-level cape obtained by speaking to Gudrik in Port Sarim along with the rest of the pathfinder armour set. In the Wilderness, this item is destroyed on death if the player has opted into PvP. Players can reobtain it from Gudrik if they have lost it or stored it in their player-owned house.

It was originally obtained during the path tutorial.
