The following success rates are provided by Jagex, unless otherwise specified.
The chance of successfully raking a patch depends on your Farming level. All patches have the same success chance, and succeeding will give 1 weed (to your inventory or the floor) and reduce the amount of weeds in the patch by 1 stage. You will continue to rake the patch until it is free of weeds - up to 3 successes and any number of fails.
