Quake was a two-handed threshold Strength ability. It required level 37 Strength to use. Upon a successful hit, the player dealt 130-160% ability damage to their main target and up to a maximum of eight secondary targets within a 3x3 area around the player, drained the Defence level of all targets by 5%, and applied a debuff that increased their affinity by 2 for 1 minute. It would not drain a target's Defence level if it is equal to or below 90%, but will always apply the affinity debuff. The main enemy targeted and those hit by this ability will become aggressive.

Halberds increased the area of this ability to 5x5 squares. If used with the Ek-ZekKil, the base hit chance debuff on all affected enemies was increased from 2 to 4.
