Mauls are two-handed weapons, members-only with the exception of the golden hammer, used in a manner similar to warhammers. The granite and obsidian mauls are popular player-killing weapons, sometimes used to kill weakened opponents. The effectiveness of the maul primarily stems from the sheer impact generated when a hit is landed. All mauls have a characteristic of being slow, accurate and very powerful considering their Attack requirements. Mauls are unique in the fact that many of them have Strength requirements, as well as Attack requirements.
