Forceful Backhand is a threshold ability. Similar to its basic counterpart, it stuns the target for 3 seconds whilst dealing 40-200% ability damage. Forceful Backhand works with the perk flanking, unlike it's counterpart, Stomp.
Against monsters that are not stun-immune, forceful backhand works well in conjunction with slice or punish. This is because slice's damage range is buffed to 80%-146% and punish deals an extra 94% damage when the target is stunned.
This ability shares its countdown timer with other threshold stuns (stomp, tight bindings, rout, deep impact and horror).
Forceful Backhand strikes the target 1 tick after being cast.
