Tithe-Master Von Blott is apparently the tithe master of Morytania. He represents the House Drakan, thus possibly being a member of it. He was mentioned in Postbag from the Hedge 46.[1]
He may also be the same tithe master as the one in Darkmeyer.

- Von Blott's name is a possible reference to Von Bolt, the main antagonist of the videogame Advance Wars: Dual Strike.
