Blackrat the Pie Rat MCXVIII is a pirate rat who responds to a letter in Postbag 12.[1] He cites the rat race as the "terror of the high seas", and claims that nothing dares get in his way.
- The title "Pie Rat" is a pun on the word "pirate".
