Fletcher's gloves are a reward from Stealing Creation. They boost Fletching experience by 1%. Wearing all five pieces of the fletcher's outfit will give 1% bonus experience in addition to the 5% from the individual pieces, for a total of 6%.

The item was originally created from 500 lightweight feathers when these were obtainable between 10 March 2016 to 14 March 2016 as an exclusive prize from Treasure Hunter. The completed piece was later added as a possible prize from Treasure Hunter, and later became available via normal gameplay following an update on 14 August 2017. It was removed from Treasure Hunter following the 27 September 2021 update.
