FAQ • doc |
The blacksmith's helmet is an item purchasable with respect. When worn, it provides a 1% boost (up to 6% when worn with other parts of the Blacksmith's outfit) in experience while training Smithing.
The helmet can be combined with a blacksmith's helmet add-on to create a Modified blacksmith's helmet, which grants additional bonuses.
This item cannot be purchased directly. For 50 respect, Egil in the Artisans' Workshop will sell players a random piece of the Blacksmith's outfit that is not already owned. Players cannot choose which piece they will receive.

Trivia[edit | edit source]
- Prior to the Mining & Smithing rework, the blacksmith's helmet was obtainable from Treasure Hunter and previously a possible prize from the Squeal of Fortune. It had a drop rate of 1/25 from making a perfect ceremonial sword at the Artisans' Workshop and 1/100 for all other swords.[1]
