The modified first age tiara is made by using a first age tiara on a first age tiara add-on.

In addition to granting a 1% prayer experience boost, players can also receive one dragon bone a day or three if they have four or more pieces of the first age outfit by right clicking on the Modified first age tiara and selecting 'receive items'. Players can also teleport to their Player-owned house portal three times a day and have a 2% chance of saving bones and ashes when buried/scattered or used on an altar.

One set of dragon bones is worth 1,645. Three dragon bones are worth 4,935.
