The modified botanist's mask is made by using a botanist's mask on a botanist's mask add-on.

In addition to granting a 1% Herblore experience bonus, players can also receive 150 noted vials of water a day or 200 if they have four or more pieces of the botanist's outfit. Players can also teleport to the Catherby herb patch 3 times a day and have a 5% chance of making duplicate potions, where duplicate potions are banked automatically. This also works for bombs, powerbursts, and adrenaline crystals, however, no experience is gained from the duplicate potion. This ability stacks with both the portable well and the scroll of cleansing. However, unlike the portable well, this mask is capable of making extra combination potions.

150 vials of water are worth 10,050 coins. 200 vials of water are worth 13,400 coins.
