Trivia

• On 1 July 2008, when Jagex released the HD Beta, all full helmets, excluding the Black full helmet, had a red trim applied to the plume on the low detailed version, similar to a Zamorak full helm. This was to celebrate Canada Day. This was then taken away the next day.
• This helmet shares its stats with quite some other helmets, including the spiny helmet, spiked helmet and Tyras helm.
• On 31 January, 2012, a graphical update changed the looks of steel equipment except for steel heraldic helms.
