A void knight melee helm is a members-only piece of Void Knight equipment that is obtained as a reward from the Pest Control and Conquest minigames. It can be bought for 240 thaler or from a Void Knight for 200 commendation points, although a player must have at least level 42 Attack, Strength, Defence, Constitution, Ranged, and Magic, along with level 22 Prayer to buy and wear one. The melee helm grants the player a 3% bonus towards melee accuracy and a 5% bonus to melee damage[1] when worn with any three of four other Void pieces (out of a Void Knight top, robe, gloves, and deflector). The Void knight mace or Void seal are not required for the bonus. It has the same stats as the Void knight mage helm and the Void knight ranger helm.

The void knight melee helm can be upgraded into its superior variant by using a void knight armour patch on it, which can be purchased from a Void Knight for 200 Void Knight commendation points.

It is possible to override the Void knight melee helm with Replica Void Knight equipment purchasable for 35,000 Loyalty Points at Solomon's General Store to have the retro void knight melee helm style. This retro style can be used to override your void equipment in the wilderness.
