Heralds can be found next to every lodestone in Gielinor during certain in-game events (except for the Anachronia, Ardougne, City of Um, Fort Forinthry, Menaphos, Port Sarim, Prifddinas, and Wilderness Crater lodestones) and, when applicable, provide information on the active event.
