A ghast pouch is a summoning pouch used to summon a ghast at level 87 Summoning, giving 1.8 experience and costs 10 Summoning points. It can be purchased on the Rewards tab of the noticeboard for 50,000 coins after all of your followers in Temple Trekking reach level 99.

Each pouch comes with 25 ghast scrolls (Ghastly Request), which can be used with the familiar.

It cannot be traded to Bogrog for spirit shards.
