Giant ent pouch detail.png

A giant ent pouch is a summoning pouch used to summon a Giant ent. It is made by using a Summoning pouch on a Summoning obelisk with 124 spirit shards, a Green charm and a willow branch in your inventory, requiring 78 Summoning and giving 136.8 experience. Summoning the Giant ent gives 1.6 experience and costs 80 Summoning points.

It can be made into ten Acorn Missile scrolls by using it on a summoning obelisk, giving 1.6 experience. If the Voice of Seren is active in the Amlodd District in Prifddinas, using the Prifddinas obelisk will give 12 scrolls per pouch.

Giant ent pouches can be given to Bogrog or Lord Amlodd in return for 87 spirit shards for each pouch, requiring 82 Summoning. If the hard Tirannwn achievements are complete, Lord Amlodd will give 95 shards for each pouch.

The Giant ent can also be useful when farming as they have a 50% chance to find an extra item when harvesting fruit trees, bushes, belladonna and cacti. They can also randomly produce oak logs and turn essence into either nature runes or earth runes when used on the familiar (no runecrafting experience is given for this and no bonuses are applied to the number of runes created based on the player's runecrafting level).
