Bloated leech pouch detail.png

A bloated leech pouch is a summoning pouch used to summon a Bloated leech. It is made by using a Summoning pouch on a Summoning obelisk with 117 spirit shards, a Crimson charm and raw beef in your inventory, requiring 49 Summoning and giving 215.2 experience. Summoning the Bloated leech gives 2.4 experience and costs 50 Summoning points.

It can be made into ten Blood Drain scrolls by using it on a summoning obelisk, giving 2.4 experience. If the Voice of Seren is active in the Amlodd District in Prifddinas, using the Prifddinas obelisk will give 12 scrolls per pouch.

Bloated leech pouches can be given to Bogrog or Lord Amlodd in return for 82 spirit shards for each pouch, requiring 56 Summoning. If the hard Tirannwn achievements are complete, Lord Amlodd will give 90 shards for each pouch.
