Jeffy is a follower pet that can be unlocked from The Effigy Incubator Reward Shop for 5,000 points. Purchasing it also requires having Effy unlocked.

Its unlock hint in the Pets interface is "This pet can be unlocked from within The Effigy Incubator."

The pet has an Interact option, accessible by right-clicking the Summoning icon in the action bar. Selecting this option prompts the player to perform the pet's emote. However, attempting to do so results in the message: "This pet override does not have an emote available."
