K'ril Psssutsaroth is a follower pet earned from the 2021 April Fools event. To obtain the pet you must pop the Inflatable Invaders with the pointy stick obtained from Regina in front of Draynor Manor and get 100 balloon scraps. Once that is done handing the scraps to Regina will give you the stick of power which you use to pop the K'ril Psssutsaroth at the courtyard of Draynor Manor, unlocking the pet.
