A erratic effigy (uncharged) is used in the Effigy Incubator activity. Uncharged erratic effigies are made at Kerapac's workbench from 20 enriched anima nuggets and an effigy casing. Once made, the uncharged effigies are placed into the incubator to begin charging. Once charging is completed, two (or one if the incubator activity is out of time) empty erratic effigies are withdrawn from the incubator for every uncharged effigy put in.

Creating this item during the tutorial gives no experience.
