A mithril spear is a two-handed melee weapon. It is members only, and requires level 30 Attack to wield.

During Tai Bwo Wannai Trio, the mithril spear may be used with poison karambwan paste to create the mithril spear (kp). After the quest, the poisoned spear can be bought from Tamayu's Spear Stall and cleaned with a cleaning cloth to get a mithril spear.

Ironmen looking to find a spear to complete the quest can use any type of spear, they can be purchased at Scavvo's Rune Store or Warriors' Guild Armoury.

When dropped by a monster, it will be treated like tiny spiky mithril salvage by the spring cleaner.
