Tongs are an item previously found by searching the table just inside the entrance of the Artisans' Workshop. They were previously required to heat ingots and could be placed on the tool belt. Currently, they have no use. They became impossible to obtain when the Artisans' Workshop was redesigned for the Mining and Smithing rework. After an update on 28 January 2019, they were automatically added to the tool belt of the player upon login if not already added.
The update history project is a work-in-progress – not all updates to this topic may be covered below. See here for how to help out!
- patch 28 January 2019 (Update):
- All players upon login will now have the tong slot on their toolbelt automatically unlocked as it is no longer available from the Artisans Workshop.
