Skillchipx is a druid that can be found south-east of Taverley bank, west of the bridge, during RuneFest 2017.

He gave the player a Runefest 2017 task list that outlined eight different tasks that could be completed for an experience lamps reward - one small lamp per task, and one medium for the set. Players could display the chips on a RuneFest display case in the skill hall of their player-owned house.
