RuneFest Treasure Island is an island in the Eastern Lands exclusively available to RuneFest 2016 and RuneFest 2018 attendees, and in 2019 to everyone with a golden mattock. It can be accessed by teleporting with the RuneFest Honourable Foo Lion , the drinking horn, or the golden mattock. The island is not instanced.
Scattered across the island are previous RuneFest items (RuneFest flagstaff, Golden Scythe, RuneFest dragonling, and Runefest shield), a submerged Golden Gnome, a bank chest, eight deck chairs to sit on, a camp fire, a bonfire, and a mainland portal. The portal allows the player to teleport to either the Burthorpe lodestone or the Port Sarim docks.
Inhabitants of the island include a moai and Party Pete. The Kendal may also be found on the island after RuneFest 2018. When spoken to, the Kendal will ask the player to guess the name of the teddy bear near his feet. Choosing the correct answer, "Felicity", will award the title [Name] the Kendal.
