RuneFest 2019 was the ninth annual RuneScape convention. It took place again at the Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre on the 4 and 5 October 2019, and was announced on 24 May 2019. The theme for this year's RuneFest was Anachronia, and Old School's Fossil Island.

Venue[edit | edit source]
RuneFest 2019 was held in Farnborough, at the Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre (Show Centre, ETPS Road, Farnborough, GU14 6FD). The venue offered 3,500 on-site parking spaces.
Tickets[edit | edit source]
Tickets went on sale on 31 May. A limited number of reduced price early bird tickets were available. The ticket gave holders access to the main event and the Golden Gnome ceremony the night before.

Golden Gnomes[edit | edit source]
The Night Before RuneFest event this year was the ceremony for the Golden Gnome Awards. It took place on the 4 October, with doors opening at 18:00 and closing at approximately 23:30.
Main event[edit | edit source]
The main event took place on 5 October, with doors opening at 10:00, and closing at approximately midnight. Both the main stage and panels were streamed live.

Complete a wooden puzzle.
Find the 10 penguins around the venue, and unscramble the letters for a word. The word was MOLTEN ROCK. Hand in at the Event Information Desk.

Collect 10 JMod signatures in the Hunt the JMod booklet, and hand in at Event Information Desk.
Shoot down cans with a nerf bow and arrow.

Either craft a dinosaur out of card, or design a boss.

Either give a suggestion for Old School content, or have a go at voice-acting lines for RS3.
