Medium Karamja is an achievements subcategory of the Area Tasks category. Prior to the release of this subcategory the achievements were part of the former Karamja subcategory within the Exploration category.

|6||Arachnophagia||Yes||Cook a spider on a stick.||
||Cook a spider on stick. To cook this, obtain a spider carcass and skewer stick (made from any thatch spar). Use the carcass on the skewer stick to create a raw spider on stick then cook it on a fire.||10|
|2||Back Cran-door||No||Discover the hidden wall in the dungeon below the volcano.||Open the hidden door in the Crandor and Karamja Dungeon.
It can only be opened from the Crandor side initially and as such requires Dragon Slayer to access it. It is located by the lesser demons on the Crandor side and the deadly red spiders on the Karamja side.Completing this achievement also completes Cran Door's Secret.
|3||Dungeons and Dragons||No||Visit the isle of Crandor via the dungeon below the volcano.||Travel to Crandor from Karamja via the Crandor and Karamja Dungeon. This can be done by opening the hidden door in the dungeon. It can only be opened from the Crandor side initially and as such requires partial completion of Dragon Slayer to access it. It is located by the lesser demons on the Crandor side and the deadly red spiders on the Karamja side.||10|
|12||Falling With Style||Yes||Use the gnome glider to travel to Karamja.||Travel from the Tree Gnome Stronghold to Karamja via gnome glider. The gnome glider can be found at the top of the Grand Tree. Simply speak to Captain Errdo and select "Gandius".||10|
|4||Horseless Carriage||Yes||Use Vigroy and Hajedy's cart service.||Use the Shilo Village cart system to travel from Shilo Village to Brimhaven or vice versa. This can be done by paying 10 coins to either Vigroy, found west of the Shilo Village bank, or Hajedy, found in northern Brimhaven.||10|
|14||Hunters of the Horned Graahk||Yes||Trap a horned graahk.||
||Trap a horned graahk. They can be found in the Karamja Hunter area, south of Tai Bwo Wannai. Build a trap over the pits, requiring a regular log, then use a teasing stick to entice a horned graahk to give chase. Jump over the trap, which will cause the graahk to walk into it. However, it may also jump the trap. As such, it is recommended to build at least two traps.||10|
|9||I Sleep All Night and I Work All Day||Yes||Cut a log from a mahogany tree.||Cut a mahogany log from a mahogany tree. This can be done in either the hardwood grove in Tai Bwo Wannai or in the Kharazi Jungle. Using the grove requires a payment of 100 trading sticks while using the Kharazi Jungle requires partial completion of Legends' Quest. Only trees found on Karamja work. Special mahogany logs will also count.||10|

||Obtain an Agility Arena ticket from the Agility Arena in Brimhaven. A ticket can be claimed by tagging a pillar with a flashing arrow above it. Though it is possible to complete this achievement at any Agility level, level 40 Agility is recommended as this allows the player to cross all obstacles and reduces the likelihood of failing.||10|
|16||Points of No Return||Yes||Cross the spiky pit using the stepping stones within Brimhaven Dungeon.||
||Cross over the stepping stones found near the moss giants in Brimhaven Dungeon. To access the dungeon, players must pay Saniboch 875 coins. The steps can be found by heading west as far as possible then heading south.||10|
|7||Romancing the Stone||Yes||Mine a ruby from a gem rock in Shilo Village.||Mine an uncut ruby from a precious gem rock, found in Shilo Village. Alternatively, they can spawn while partaking in the Tai Bwo Wannai Cleanup activity.||10|
|13||Scourge of Scurvy||Yes||Grow a healthy fruit tree in the patch near Brimhaven.||
||Grow any fruit tree in the Farming patch north of Brimhaven. Plant any fruit tree sapling in the patch and optionally pay Garth to protect the tree. Once it is fully grown, check its health.||10|
|19||Shipping Out From the Shipyard||Yes||Charter a ship from the shipyard in the far east of Karamja.||Charter a ship from the shipyard, found to the far east of Karamja. The password for the shipyard is Ka-Lu-Min. The Trader Crewmembers can be found at the southern-most dock. If Monkey Madness has been started, then the shipyard portion of the quest must be completed. The cheapest destination is Karamja, which costs 200. This can be reduced to 50 by completing Cabin Fever and equipping a ring of charos (a), which reduce the price by 50% individually and 75% when combined.||10|
|17||Stairway to Haven||Yes||Climb the stairs within Brimhaven Dungeon.||

|18||Thank You, Madam||Yes||Charter the Lady of the Waves from Cairn Isle to Port Khazard.||Travel to Port Khazard from Cairn Isle via the Lady of the Waves. The ship can be found on a dock directly south of Cairn Isle. Buy a ship ticket from Captain Shanks, which costs a random amount between 20-50 coins.||10|
|11||That's Not a Knife...||Yes||Exchange gems for a machete.||Obtain a machete from Safta Doc.
Safta Doc sells jewelled machetes of varying types. In order to buy one, he requires a gout tuber, three uncut gems of the type used for the machete and trading sticks. He charges three uncut opals and 300 trading sticks for an opal machete, three uncut jades and 600 trading sticks for a jade machete, and three uncut red topazes and 1200 trading sticks for a red topaz machete.
Players must be in clean-up mode and have spoken to Murcaily beforehand for the chat option in order for a machete to appear.Repairing a fence in the Tai Bwo Wannai Cleanup is required to trade with Safta Doc.
|15||The Roots of All Evil||Yes||Chop the vines to gain deeper access to Brimhaven Dungeon.||
||Cut a the vines within Brimhaven Dungeon to gain access to the deeper areas. 875 coins must be paid to Saniboch to gain access to the dungeon. Any hatchet bar the blessed hatchet can be used to cut the vines.||10|
|5||They Like Me! They Really Like Me!||Yes||Earn 100% favour in the village of Tai Bwo Wannai.||Earn 100% favour in Tai Bwo Wannai. This can be done by completing the Tai Bwo Wannai Cleanup activity. Trading in favour for trading sticks is not required to complete this achievement. If the player is already at 100% favour, then favour must be lowered then regained to complete this achievement.||10|
|10||To Catch a Karambwan||Yes||Catch a karambwan.||Catch a raw karambwan. They can only be caught using a karambwan vessel and require a raw karambwanji as bait.||10|
