Sliske appears as an aspect of himself during Desperate Times when the player is sent inside the Needle. A total of five Sliskes will appear around the intertwined platform that appears to be identical to Guthix's Cave. Each one will drop a broken shard of Sliske's mask, which are needed to create Sliske's mask. As each one appears, there will be voice-acted dialogue between Sliske and Guthix in how Guthix tells Sliske of what his fate is and how Guthix must die by Sliske's hands alone.
