This monkey guard is involved in the quest Do No Evil. He is a smaller monkey compared to the normal gorilla monkey guards and looks identical to a ninja monkey. He will be guarding the three wise monkeys within the Temple of Marimbo in Marim, Ape Atoll.

In order to progress in the quest, the player must lead the monkey guard away from the three wise monkeys in order to prove to them that the player is human so that they will talk with them. This must be done by laying a trail of green bananas to the pile of bananas in the north-east of the temple.
