Tyne is a prisoner of the Order of Dis who is involved in the Twilight of the Gods quest. He must be freed to gain one of the five pieces of information required to inform Saradomin of the cultists' activities and Zamorak's plans.
The World Guardian makes up to Tyne's guard, Wayland, that Vala has sent them to try and convert Tyne. After handing him some spare cultist robes, Tyne puts them on and deceives Wayland into thinking that he has converted to Zamorakianism. Tyne tells the World Guardian that the Order has been sacrificing some of the prisoners and then escapes the dungeon.
