Oakley is a member of the Order of Dis who is involved in the Twilight of the Gods quest. He can be found in the Dungeon of Disorder. When talked to, he recognises the World Guardian's voice and attempts to recap an event in which the World Guardian performed a good deed for Oakley; he is interrupted by the World Guardian, who denies their identity, striving to stay in cover.
