The full ink bottle is an item used in the Rocking Out quest. It is obtained when players first talk to guards. The full ink bottle can be used on a quill to create an inky quill, which can be used to write on a paper (prison). The full ink bottle can also be used on the paper to create inky paper, which also empties the ink bottle to create the ink bottle (empty).
