Watto was a certer in RuneScape Classic. He ran the Bar Exchange Stall south of the bank in Zanaris, where he exchanged iron bars, steel bars, silver bars, gold bars and mithril bars into corresponding certificates for large quantity trading. He was removed with the release of RuneScape 2, his profession made obsolete by bank notes. He had the same features as Miles, located in Draynor Village. He also had no legs, as can be seen in his examine text.
