The Extractor fairies, also known as TEEF, are two fairies that appear in A Fairy Tale III - Battle at Ork's Rift. The Tooth Fairy summons them to remove one of the player's teeth and to replace it with a magic tooth, and they accomplish this with a large tooth extractor. The player remarks that the removal of the tooth is very painful, despite the Tooth Fairy assuring them that it would not hurt at all.
