A Fairy tooth farmer appears in the first briefing cutscene in A Fairy Tale III - Battle at Ork's Rift while the Tooth Fairy explains how teeth can be used to make a clone of their original owner. The farmer is shown planting a tooth in an enchanted farming patch, causing Gnarly to grow in the patch and emerge, before proceeding to attack her.
