The snowboard (skull) is a tier 5 snowboard available from the Christmas Spirit Shop for 1,000 Christmas Spirit.

It was used in the 2014 Christmas event to slide down the large snowramp at the Lumbridge Crater.

Despite only being available to members, it can be taken and used in Free-to-play worlds.

As of an unknown update, players are also allowed to take their snowboards outside of the crater.[1] Right clicking the snowboard, whilst riding it, and selecting 'trick' causes the player to perform a snowboard trick.

Although it has a "Wear" option, it could only be equipped during the 2014 and 2015 Christmas event.
