The 2012 Queen Black Dragon statue is one of several statutes that celebrates a large update during a specific year in RuneScape's history. This statue commemorates the release of the Queen Black Dragon in 2012. It was originally released during the 15 Year Anniversary Celebrations before being removed at the event's end. It was then added to Anniversary island in 2017 and placed in the Lumbridge Crater for the 20th Anniversary celebrations.
