The Anniversary Weeks Portal can be found in the Lumbridge Crater's Grand Party during the 20th Anniversary celebrations.
Teleporting with it during the first week of the event causes the player to appear in front of May's Quest Caravan. This continued after the beginning of 11 January 2021 even though the Celebration of Combat had already started.
During the second week of the event, players could use the portal to teleport to War's Retreat.
