The red mahogany logs are an item used in the 20th Anniversary celebrations. They are received from Hans at the west entrance to Lumbridge crater in exchange for the big rock, and returned to Yanni Salika for the top quality milk. Talking to Hans patrolling Lumbridge castle doesn't work.

You can reminisce with the logs, giving the messages: You try to recall the pleasant memories of doing favours for Yanni Salika. But there are none.
