Grimy rogue's purse is a herb that is obtained by searching the fungus covered Cavern walls in the Pothole Dungeon, as a drop from a jogre or wandering warrior, or from the smashed table in Mort'ton during the Shades of Mort'ton quest. Cleaning a grimy rogue's purse requires level 3 Herblore and gives 2.5 Herblore experience.

It is the fifth and final herb Trufitus asks players to bring him during the Jungle Potion quest. If the herb is dropped by a monster, Trufitus will complain that the herb isn't fresh and that players must find one themselves.

Clean rogue's purse is used to make Relicym's balm at level 8 Herblore.

After Recipe for Disaster: Freeing Skrach Uglogwee, players can give two clean rogue's purse, which is one of the "glug-glugs herbies", to Fycie and Bugs to board the ogre boat to the west Feldip Hills from Karamja.
