Grimy sito foil is a herb that is obtained by searching patches of scorched earth south of Tai Bwo Wannai village in Karamja. It can be cleaned to obtain clean sito foil, doing so requires level 3 Herblore and gives 2.5 Herblore experience. It is the third herb Trufitus asks players to bring him during the Jungle Potion quest. More sito foils can be picked from the same location after the completion of the quest. If players "use" the clean herb on Trufitus after the quest, he'll give players a few coins for it.
