The slaughtercress is a dangerous herb used in the Dungeoneering poltergeist puzzle. It can be consecrated with Prayer to make a consecrated herb.
If it is not the appropriate herb for the puzzle and you try to pick it, you get injured for a small amount of damage as "The toxins on the herb burn your fingers painfully."
This information has been compiled as part of the update history project. Some updates may not be included - see here for how to help out!
- Slaughtercress is a portmanteau of watercress and slaughter.
