Queen Mab's Moonstone is a relic obtained in Archaeology. Using it at the mysterious monolith unlocks the Pharm Ecology relic power.

Players must have level 81 Archaeology and must first complete the Armadylean I collection. Completion of the Armadylean I collection will reward the player with King Oberon's moonshroom spores, which they need to give to the Fairy Queen in Zanaris, after which she will give the player Queen Mab's Moonstone. This also requires completion of the A Fairy Tale III - Battle at Ork's Rift quest before you can do this.
