King Oberon's moonshroom spores are obtained by completing the Archaeology collection Armadylean I with Lowse at Armadyl's Tower. The item can be be taken to the Fairy Queen located in Zanaris and exchanged for Queen Mab's Moonstone, a relic that prevents all herb and mushroom patches from disease while active. Doing so also requires completion of the quest A Fairy Tale III - Battle at Ork's Rift.
