The golem framework is a relic component which can be created at an inventor's workbench under the misc. support tab, after the corresponding theoretical blueprint has been deciphered from the wall in Howl's workshop. Note that in order to acquire the blueprint, an Archaeology level of 95 is required (which cannot be boosted). It will not appear in the inventor's workbench interface until all requirements are met (86 Invention, 98 Archaeology and 85 Divination - these skill requirements may be boosted) and completion of The World Wakes quest.
The golem framework is a prerequisite for creating the Cres Framework, the relic which unlocks the Divine Conversion relic power. For all steps required to obtain the relic, refer to the Divine Conversion article.
